Who We Are
The East Cambridge Company is a long-term oriented, Value-Add commercial real estate platform focused in and around Cambridge, MA. We target Class B/C properties — particularly office, biotech/lab, and mixed-use assets — with a focus on small innovation tenants just before or after their Series A or B. Anchored by MIT and Harvard, we believe Cambridge to be a premier knowledge-driven, supply-constrained, high-barrier-to-entry market and one of the most dynamic engines of scientific discovery and new business formation in the world. Our approach is intentionally focused. We don't chase deals across the country or compete for trophy assets in overheated markets. We turn every stone and kiss every frog — here, in one of the world's premier innovation corridors.
